Instructions
- Rinse pumpkin seeds with warm water.
- Add them to a small pot with 2 cups of water.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a mug.
- Add optional ingredients like ginger, cinnamon, or lemon.
- Drink warm first thing in the morning or between meals. Seeds can be reused once more for a second batch.

This tea is best consumed warm and can be enjoyed up to twice daily. Reuse the seeds once to make a second cup. Great for reducing bloating and supporting digestion.
