Description

A simple, belly-soothing tea that supports weight loss, thermogenesis, and appetite control with just a few wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: 1 slice of fresh ginger
  • Optional: Pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional: Squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. Rinse pumpkin seeds with warm water.
  2. Add them to a small pot with 2 cups of water.
  3. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a mug.
  5. Add optional ingredients like ginger, cinnamon, or lemon.
  6. Drink warm first thing in the morning or between meals. Seeds can be reused once more for a second batch.

Notes
