Description

A nutrient-rich hydration tonic using chia, flax, and basil seeds, perfect for digestion, satiety, and weight loss support.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon basil seeds (optional)
  • 10 ounces cold filtered water
  • Juice of half a lemon or lime
  • Optional: 1 slice cucumber, fresh mint, or a pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all seeds to a clean glass jar or bottle.
  2. Pour in the filtered water and stir well to prevent clumping.
  3. Let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow seeds to swell; overnight is best.
  4. Add lemon or lime juice before drinking.
  5. Shake or stir again before sipping to evenly distribute the seeds.

Notes

For best results, drink on an empty stomach in the morning or 30 minutes before meals. Use glass jars and avoid sweeteners for a more effective natural experience.
