Description

A soothing herbal tea made from pumpkin, cumin, and fennel seeds that gently supports digestion, curbs appetite, and promotes natural weight balance.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 2½ cups water

Instructions

  1. Rinse all seeds under cold water to remove dust or residue.
  2. Add the pumpkin, cumin, and fennel seeds to a saucepan with the water.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Strain the liquid into a mug.
  5. Drink warm, preferably in the morning or 30 minutes before meals.

Notes

Use whole seeds for best effect. Let steep longer for stronger infusion. Avoid sugar; lemon or cinnamon can enhance flavor. Drink on an empty stomach for optimal benefits. Can be brewed in larger batches and stored up to 2 days in the fridge.
