Description

A powerful Brazilian detox tonic made with apple cider vinegar, lemon, and ginger to support fat burning, digestion, and metabolism naturally.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup warm water (about 8 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (raw, with the mother)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder or grated fresh ginger
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Warm the water slightly above room temperature (do not boil).
  2. Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and ginger.
  3. Stir until fully mixed.
  4. Optional: add honey or cinnamon for flavor.
  5. Drink slowly in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Best consumed daily for visible results. Avoid during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or if you have stomach sensitivity. Rinse your mouth afterward to protect tooth enamel.
