Description

Ingredients

  • Juice from ½ a lemon
  • 810 oz filtered water
  • Optional: magnesium or potassium drops
  • Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: few slices fresh ginger or pinch of ground
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne or 1 scoop collagen

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients in a glass.
  2. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  3. Wait 15–30 minutes before coffee or breakfast.
  4. For Ozempic-style version, include apple cider vinegar and ginger.
  5. Avoid drinking late in the day if it affects sleep.
