Description

A naturally hydrating and digestion-friendly detox drink made with cucumber and pineapple. Refreshing, light, and perfect for supporting weight loss and gut health.


Ingredients

  • ½ fresh cucumber, sliced (leave skin on)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups cold filtered water
  • Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
  • A few mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add cucumber slices and pineapple chunks to a blender.
  2. Pour in the water and add lemon juice or mint if using.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture for a lighter texture if desired.
  5. Serve over ice or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  6. Consume within 24 hours for best results.

Notes

Best enjoyed in the morning on an empty stomach. Use only fresh pineapple to avoid added sugars.
