- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 cups cold filtered water
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional)

Instructions
- Add cucumber slices and pineapple chunks to a blender.
- Pour in the water and add lemon juice or mint if using.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture for a lighter texture if desired.
- Serve over ice or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Consume within 24 hours for best results.
