Description

A natural GLP-1 inspired drink from Japan using citrus, mineral salt, and warming spices to support weight loss, digestion, and appetite control.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup warm filtered water
  • Juice from ½ lemon (or yuzu)
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • Sprinkle of ground ginger or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Warm 1 cup of filtered water (not boiling).
  2. Add juice from ½ a lemon.
  3. Stir in a pinch of pink salt.
  4. Sprinkle a bit of ground ginger or cinnamon.
  5. Mix well and sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally 20–30 minutes before your first meal.

Notes

Best used daily in the morning. Not recommended for those on low-sodium diets or with sensitive digestive systems. Consult your doctor if on medication.
