Description

A fat-burning herbal tea inspired by the effects of GLP-1 medications like Mounjaro—made with simple kitchen ingredients for natural appetite control and blood sugar support.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 green tea bag or 1 teaspoon loose-leaf green tea
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon raw honey

Instructions

  1. Bring 1.5 cups of filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add grated ginger and cinnamon, simmer for 4–5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and steep green tea for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Strain into a mug using a fine mesh strainer.
  5. Add lemon juice just before drinking.
  6. Optional: Stir in cayenne, apple cider vinegar, or honey as desired.

Notes

Drink warm in the morning or 30 minutes before your largest meal to maximize GLP-1 activation. Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 48 hours and reheat gently on the stove.
