Ingredients

- 1 tbsp dried lemon balm (or 2 tbsp fresh)
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ stick cinnamon
- ½ tsp raw honey (optional)
- 1.5 cups filtered hot water
Instructions
- Boil the filtered water and remove from heat.
- Add lemon balm and cinnamon stick, cover, and let steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the infusion into a mug.
- Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and optional honey.
- Drink warm, preferably 30 minutes before your first meal.
Notes
Drink daily for 14–30 days for best results. Avoid caffeine near consumption and stay consistent for sustainable weight loss effects.
