Description

A soothing and metabolism-boosting herbal drink that mimics the effects of Ozempic naturally using lemon balm, lemon, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dried lemon balm (or 2 tbsp fresh)
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ stick cinnamon
  • ½ tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 1.5 cups filtered hot water

Instructions

  1. Boil the filtered water and remove from heat.
  2. Add lemon balm and cinnamon stick, cover, and let steep for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Strain the infusion into a mug.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and optional honey.
  5. Drink warm, preferably 30 minutes before your first meal.

Notes

Drink daily for 14–30 days for best results. Avoid caffeine near consumption and stay consistent for sustainable weight loss effects.
