Description

A quick, simple fat-burning drink inspired by GLP-1 weight loss meds, made with real ingredients: apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, pink Himalayan salt, and cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Warm 1 cup of water (not boiling).
  2. Stir in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Add cinnamon and pink salt. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Drink slowly, preferably 20–30 minutes before your first meal.

Notes

Drink it every morning for 2–4 weeks for best results. Start with small amounts if new to ACV or cinnamon. Do not use as a meal replacement. Can prep 2–3 servings ahead and refrigerate in a glass jar. Shake before use.
