Ingredients

  • ¼ to ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • ½ tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with warm filtered water.
  2. Add the pink salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. Mix in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
